After I have reviewed the property, I am ready to make my cash offer. We will discuss the home and when we both feel like it’s a “win/win” we will enter into a simple purchase and sale agreement. We will discuss all the terms in the contract and decide how soon you will get paid.
Step Four:
You get paid! We will decide on how quickly you would like to close and from this point; I open escrow with a licensed closing agent and get your cash.
